Here at Liang’s I bring you the most popular and loved Chinese cuisine while introducing modernized and reinterpreted versions of my grandmothers beloved dishes. Liang's is part of the Californian based Liang's Kitchen restaurant-chain exclusively serving authentic Taiwanese Military Village Cuisine. These dishes are reproduced with generations of family recipes.
